WISB meets once a month. That's it. One Wednesday. A real lunch. A room full of women who get it, because they're living it too. No homework. No pressure. No performance.
Some of our members arrive ready to talk to everyone. Some arrive ready to talk to one person and call it a win. Both are exactly right.
Your membership belongs to you. Not your employer, not your title, not whatever chapter you happen to be in right now. We don't care what's on your business card this month. Bring all of it.

Monthly Socials
Once a month. A coffee shop. No agenda.
Just a chance to catch your breath between calls and client meetings and talk to each other like humans. We rotate through Lincoln's independent shops, women-owned, community-rooted, and locally loved.
Past stops include: Rosebud Coffee, The Mill, Bloom Coffee, Reactor Coffee, Chocolate Season in Williamsburg, The Charging Station in Havelock, and Crescent Moon Coffee inside The Apothecary.
The venues evolve with what the membership wants. Supporting local beats a standing reservation every time.

You're running a business, managing a team, showing up for clients and family and everything in between. The professional communities you belong to serve real purposes. We're not asking you to leave them. We're just offering something they may not be.
WISB is intentionally cross-industry.
A healthcare director, a salon owner, a commercial broker, a nonprofit leader, and a first-year entrepreneur all in the same room every second Wednesday. We don't cap industries either. Two realtors, three financial advisors, a whole table of marketers are all welcome here. Because working in the same field doesn't mean you do the same work or serve the same people. We trust you to know the difference.
We meet once a month because we respect that your time is already spoken for. We don't use attendance as a measure of your commitment, and belonging here isn't something you have to earn by showing up perfectly.
A lot of our members belong to other groups. They stay in WISB because this is the room where they get to be the whole version of themselves. Not just the title. Not just the referral source. All of it.
The Price
Membership is $29/month or $299/year, with lunch included in every meeting. No activation fees. No per-event charges on top of your dues.
Part of your dues go directly back to you, funding WISB Wednesdays and the experiences that make this community worth showing up for. The monthly socials are on you, but we'll always find somewhere worth going.
