Caitlynn Eldrdige

Caitlynn has been working in accounting and tax for the last 15 years. After working at Deloitte Tax and Union Pacific, she found a path that allowed her to serve small businesses better while honoring her growing family and husband's military career. She now specializes in tax, accounting, and consulting for service-based small businesses with revenue under $3M and helps owners understand their numbers and make better decisions with that information.

Her passion is in education and allowing each business owner to feel successful in the way they define it. Currently, she has five kids ages nine and under, is pursuing her MBA, and is married. Her husband has transitioned to the Nebraska National Guard (no more moving!) while she is strategically growing her business to have the capacity to serve more without burning herself out.
